If circumstances change and there is an emergency where you can no longer attend your scheduled appointment it is advisable to contact the professional in advance to notify them using the details provided in the booking confirmation email. 

Refunds are at the discretion of the professional and So Last Minute have no control or influence over the refund policies of individual businesses on the marketplace. If the professional agrees to refund, they have the ability to process a refund via the app.
